• RSN is limited to a fixed number of showing agents
• RSN Agents select “showing zones” where they want to show rental properties
• RSN Agents exclusively represent the rental prospects for the appointments they schedule through RSN
• RSN Agents receive commissions for their rental prospects that sign a lease on the property they show
• RSN Agents automatically receive email notifications with showing details, prospect and property info, showing instructions, etc.
• RSN Agents have the autonomy to work with prospect and can mutually schedule, if necessary.
