Job Title: Field Coordinator


Job Summary

The responsibilities of the field coordinator include doing anything that needs to be done outside of the office.  This can include but it is not limited to – putting up signs and lockboxes, assessing properties for rent ready repairs, move in and move out inspections, putting up signs and lockboxes, making copies of keys, checking for unauthorized dogs, occupancy checks, posting eviction notices, etc.


The person in this role will be responsible primarily for getting info for new properties into advertising, taking property pictures, checking properties for vacancy, inspecting properties, and putting up lockboxes and signs.


Field Coordinator coverage area is mainly South Charlotte to Ft. Mill area, west to Gastonia and East to Union County


Rate of pay is $12.50/hour with gas stipend provided.  Clean driving record required.  Use of company car for some time each month.  


Looking for detail focused and organized individuals with ability to calendar and work independently.


General Accountabilities

  • Assists Property Manager on special field projects as necessary.

  • May be responsible for cross-training staff in field coordinator duties.

  • Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards.

  • Maintains open communication with Property Manager, Vendors, Tenants and Landlords.

  • Represents Park Avenue Properties in a professional manner at all times.

  • Attends and participates in training programs as requested.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
