On November 8, Park Avenue Properties' Broker, J.J. Morse, awarded one lucky high school senior a $1,000 stipend to cover college tuition costs. The J.J. Morse Kicks for Kids College Scholarship takes place annually and is open to high school seniors at Mooresville High School in North Carolina. Eligible students have the chance to kick a 10 yard field goal during Mooresville High School Blue Devil home games. At the last home game of the season, the successful kickers from previous games have a "kickoff" to determine the winning scholarship recipient.
