The year is coming to a close and folks all around are looking forward to a new year and a fresh beginning. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to reflect upon the year that’s just past.
First and foremost, we at Park Avenue Properties want to take this time to thank every one of our tenants and owners. Our mantra at Park Avenue Properties is “we rent houses and we have fun doing it,” and we wouldn’t be able to do it without our wonderful owners and tenants.
Every day we strive to work hard for our property owners as we help them protect their investments, and treat our tenants with the utmost respect and professionalism. We hope that all of our owners and tenants know that we appreciate your business and we love working with each and every one of you.
So, to all of our owners and tenants, thank you! Thank you for allowing us to be your team. A home is a deeply personal thing, and we are honored that you have chosen us to be a part of your home.
2016 was a big year for Park Avenue Properties and because you are a part of our family, we want to share some of the 2016 highlights in property management with you.
- First, we are proud to say that the Park Avenues Properties team has grown quite a bit this year. These new members of our team are helping to make sure that things run smoothly and we can produce the best results for all our tenants and owners.
- Once again, Park Avenue Properties was honored to make a reappearance on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies. This is the third year running that we have made this prestigious list! This year, we came in at No. 3,421 with Three-Year Sales Growth of 95%. We were very excited to receive the honor of being recognized by Inc. 5000, and of course, have all of our tenants, owners and team members to thank for getting us there.
- Finally, 2016 brought us the launch of our new website. This site was a total redesign from what we previously had. With it’s clean, streamlined design and exciting new features, like the live-chat feature and the advanced compatibility with mobile devices, we hoped to better serve you and provide an even better space to share information with you. We hope that you’ve been loving the new site as much as we have.
Aside from our awesome new site, we have been very active on all of our social media.
