• RSN is limited to a fixed number of showing agents
• RSN Agents select “showing zones” where they want to show rental properties from the CMLS Area Map
• RSN Agents exclusively represent the rental prospects for the appointments they schedule through RSN
• RSN Agents receive 15% commissions of one month’s rent for their rental prospects that sign a lease on the property they show
• RSN Agents are compensated $25 when their rental prospect applies and is not approved for the property the show
• RSN Agents automatically receive email notifications with showing details, prospect and property info, showing instructions, etc.
• RSN Agents have the autonomy to work with prospect and can mutually schedule, if necessary. CSS to be used for rescheduling appointments
