How does the Rent Now, Buy Later program work?
Rent any home at any price and for any length of time (12 months, 6 months etc.).
Contact Park Avenue Properties a few months (ideally, 4-6 months) before your lease expires telling us you are ready to start looking for a new home to purchase. We will help you find the right Buyer’s Agent from our preferred Agent network. This Agent will work with you through the home buying process and you will be credited your last months at the closing table. This credit is up to one month’s rent equivalent or 1% of the purchase price, whichever is less. It is that easy.
There are absolutely no charges to you when using one of our preferred Buyer’s Agent because Buyer’s Agents are always paid by the Seller. Again, their help and expertise costs you Zero. Notta. Zilch. You benefit from the Buyer’s Agent’s expertise while also benefiting financially.
